RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check in daily delivery of suspension
• Work with customers to discuss their suspension needs and record information onto a work order
• Create cost estimates for work in the shop
• Convey all necessary information regarding costs, parts and scope of work to customer
• Order parts for jobs in process
• Check in and put away parts
• Invoice, collect payment and ship suspension

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
